Cider for The World
Since Paul Thomas was 8 years old, he has lived, worked and played in the beautiful mountains of Julian, CA. After many years of making hard cider in Julian with local apples for his friends and family, he decided to take the leap and start Southern California's first hard cider company. Before he knew it, Julian Hard Cider's fresh-pressed hard cider was in great demand nationwide. Paul immediately began working hard to open a local pressing facility, but for various reasons (county zoning limitations, lack of water / drought, unavailable or unusable land) and the determination to only make fresh-pressed hard cider, he partnered with his friend Andrew Brown and their sustainable orchards in Oregon.
